Government in their G.O. 1^st cited, have permitted to extend the benefit of preservation of (05) five days of Earned leave [02 two days for training classes and 03 three days for conduct of elections]  in conduct of Elections to the A.P.Legislative Assembly and House of the people during the summer vacation of April / May 2009 as per the G.O.Ms.No.114, Finance(FR.I) Department, dated.28.04.2005 read with Government memo.no.20214/PE.Ser.I/2009,dt.04.01.2010.(copy enclosed).

In view of the Government orders cited , all the Regional Joint Director`s of Intermediate Education and  the Principals of Government Junior Colleges in the state are permitted to preserve [05] five days of Earned Leave  to the Principals / Junior Lecturers / Physical Directors / Librarians working in Government Junior Colleges for their involvement in conduct of Elections to the A.P.Legislative  Assembly and House of  the people  during the summer vacation of April / May 2009 duly obtaining  the attendance certificates from the returning officer concerned.

The Regional Joint Director`s of Intermediate Education / Principals of Government Junior Colleges in the state are requested to make necessary entries in the service registers of the incumbents  to that effect.

The Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
