The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette
N O T I F I C A T I O N
Under Rule- 10 (a) of Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-Ordinate Service Rules, 1996, the following Junior Lecturers of Zone- IV whose names have been approved by the Departmental Promotion Committee are hereby promoted on adhoc basis as Principals under the Category- 5 of A.P.I.E.S in the Scale of Rs 21,820-48,160/- and are posted as Principals at Government Junior Colleges in the existing vacancies as shown in the Annexure below, without prejudice to the claims of the seniors if any, subject to the outcome of W.P’s/W.A’s/ R.P’s/C.A’s etc, if any pending before the Hon’ble Tribunal/Courts etc
The appointment now ordered is duly temporary and on adhoc basis. It is liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons thereof. It is also informed that, the below said individuals/candidate should join duty within stipulated time of 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which they will forfeit all rights both present and future for the post of Principals of Government Junior Colleges as per G.O 2nd cited
The Principals of Government Junior Colleges are hereby requested to serve the appointment orders to the individuals and obtain acknowledgement without any delay. The Principals are also requested to relieve the said individuals working under their control with instructions to join/report duty in the new station forthwith
The date of serving of the orders, relief and joining duty should be intimated to the Director of Intermediate Education/Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education/District Vocational Education Officer concerned promptly
The individuals are not entitled/eligible for any T.T.A/T.A/D.A etc, as the posting orders are issued at their request
The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged
